Here is a small movie showing how to create a new database, add some species and customize categories of characteristics.
The figure below shows the screen displayed when the File > New option is selected. A folder called Plants on the C Drive has been logged. Two existing databases are shown – one called Plants.spp and one called Plants2.spp. We are about the create a new database (called Tropical) by typing its name in the lower box and select Open.
